The Civil Court of Appeal ruled to overturn the ruling issued against our client, obliging her to pay the amount of KD 45,439 and forty-five thousand four hundred and thirty-nine Kuwaiti dinars, the value of the usufruct allowance for a property she owned after the cancellation of the sales contract, and to return the price paid from her with compensation, and to oblige the opponent to pay the amount of KD 10,000 ten. Thousands of Kuwaiti dinars are the value of the renovations carried out on the property.
